Ladies Kickboxing

Ladies Only Kickboxing is a great class that combines kickboxing self-defense with cardio and strength conditioning. So, not only do you get in a great workout that sees amazing results for toning, strengthening and losing weight, but you build confidence in your self-defense abilities.

Burn 893 calories an hour through our professional curriculum of kickboxing drills, self-defense, circuit training and much more.

Level 1 – Basic Training

Training for beginners. This course will take you through the basic techniques for kickboxing and self-defense and prepare your to test for Level 2 – Advanced Training.

Level 2 – Advanced Training

This course will allow you to develop your strength, conditioning, power and stamina through more intense drills and new techniques.

Level 3 – Instructor Training

This course will introduce highly advanced techniques and prepare the student to begin the teacher’s journey. This course will include certification of knowledge in workout and curriculum planning, customer service, leadership skills and much more.
